The staff is super friendly. The class I took was amazing. The instructor was awesome. The adjustments were great. The space is beautiful and open. Great location. The only thing that kept me from giving a 10 was that it was a bit cramped in the locker room due to its small design.

I love the Sculpt classes, this teacher was amazing. She pushed you hard but stayed positive, I was impressed with how hard I was actually able to push with her help. I will be coming back to this class!!

The staff greeted me with warmth at the front desk asking if I had any questions or concerns about the practice. The facility presented a crisp, zenful vibe conducive to a warm yogi community. The Yoga classes presented a variety of flows, core work and postures with variations for people at all levels. This made me feel comfortable no matter what my neighbor was doing and allowed me to imply focus on improving myself on the mat.
