I only attended one class. It was the core cardio circuit. The class was well structured and had clear instructions. The teacher was clear, friendly and made me work hard

I'm so glad I discovered the Rino location. In all honesty, my usual Cap Hill spot has become a nightmare. Every sculpt class people are literally on top of each other, there's no room to even do a side squat, you're in such close quarters that other people's sweat hits you in the face. It's gross, and not very zen at all. Love all the instructors at Rino, love that there is sculpt every evening not just a few nights a week. I will say your iphone app needs some work but I doubt that is something you guys can fix! Thanks! -First name removed

I like the atmosphere. The teachers are great. I don't feel pressured to buy anything. Also after sculpting for a few months now I have the best bod of my adult life.
