The teacher was so welcoming.. I love to visit CPY in other cities when I travel and I felt welcome at this studio. The class sequence was excellent and the playlist was fun. The room was not as hot as some studios I have been to, but it was still a great class

The staff have all been friendly and welcoming, the classes are just right level of challenge, the studio is usually pretty clean

Terri St was incredible. From the moment we walked in she was warm, kind, generous. Her class was amazing. Theme carried the flow beautifully (hands free - aparigraha). She saw I am in TT and she provided so much support with my learning. My daughter really enjoyed the class too and wanted to return.

Every instructor plays great music and conducts really fun classes!

I just loved everything about my workout. It was tough but enjoyable. I felt Camber was extremely likable and helpful. She gave off such great energy and made me smile through the “pain” so to speak. Definitely would take her class again.
