The instructor was amazing, I was the only one there for an early morning class, and she made me feel more than welcome to do the class 1 on 1. The class was fun and so happy I stayed.

I really liked the cues and flow from Christina. I like that she started us off and then allowed us to actually use our personal breath to movement to go through sun B and then all reconvene.

Structure is great, instructors are great, atmosphere is welcoming.

The instructor Liv E was really awesome and she led a fun and challenging flow. Even though she is a newer instructor it was one of the best classes I have taken at CorePower.

The new instructor Ellie was awesome!!

Great studio. Spacious! Friendly staff and teachers. There is a lot of homeless out front but it looks like Corepower hired a servility guard to watch the exterior of the building. Assuming there is not much they can do about that. 10/10 would recommend this corepower location!

I love Rino because (unlike cherry creek and others) the studio is quiet, people don’t bring in their phones, the lights are kept dim, there is a mix of ages and body types with the students, it’s never over crowded and the teachers are excellent. My favorite teacher times all the sculpt movements to the beat of the music—something I wish more teachers did.

It was such an amazing class! My instructor was Robyn and wow she was so good and I really loved her class so much. Sadly I was there for a few days now back to NY but definitely once I get back to Denver coming back for her classes :).

The Yoga Sculpt instructor was amazing. Great energy. I believe her name was Macy. She said she was filling in for the 415 sculpt class on the 12th.
