your stylists are very good, the store is always clean and the environment is upbeat- i particularly like that the system knows about my last cut so even if it is a different person from the last time, they know what was done and i'm able to say either, do the same or change it (and give instructions based on the last cut).

You take good care of your customers. They ask about how you would like your haircut. You tell them. They listen. A few minutes later, your hair is cut, washed, you get a hot towel, a massage & plenty of conversation. Nikki was an absolute delight, as is everyone else that has cut my hair in the past. Thank you.
