Your tipping culture has gone overboard. I was shown options that were way over the standard 20% tip for a $47 bill. It was in the amounts of $20/$30/$40. That's crazy!!
I understand it's the machine, and I can select whatever works for me, and I did. But 20% is the gold standard and you shouldn't guilt people into tipping more than they should. This has to stop!

Very nice people who are very skilled at what they do. Also notes are made about prior visits and what you requested back then, so if you forget how you have your hair cut it’s in the system for you.
