Nancy, my stylist, was absolutely marvelous. We talked the entire time I was in the chair. We shared our life stories. It's very important to perform efficiently at your profession. At the same time, it is just as important to possess the right personality to fit that position. To me, Nancy passed the test with flying colors. This was my first time here. Not only do I now have a new stylist, I have a new friend. I was pampered beyond belief. There were sounds coming out of me that people probably wondered about. I got the full treatment as a first time customer. When I was done, which I didn't want to be, Nancy & I made it to the register. She then told me the total cost was $25. I said, "are you kidding me?". She said," too expensive,". I said, " are you kidding me?" I would have thought treatment such as this would have cost at least $50. You run your business properly & you have the right employees in place. I hope my hair grows very quickly over the next couple of days so I can go back on Wednesday evening for another pampering event. This current world is very unstable & unpredictable. When you experience what I did, it does not sound like much, but to me, it was something that will stay with me for the rest of my life. Thank you SportClips & especially Nancy. See you Wednesday.
