I had an excellent experience at Sport Clips in Wayne, NJ. The app made getting in line and checked in for my haircut easy. My personal stylist, Chole, goes about her business in a professional manner, always gives me a good quality haircut, and keeps me looking good with her attention to detail and suggestions for my hair care. I noticed some of the other stylists on duty also really being attentive to their customer's needs. Everything is clean, including the bathroom. The location is busy - I have always had to wait to get in the chair, but that is a testament to customer satisfaction with returning customers, and the experience is worth the wait. I travel almost an hour from my home for the haircut, and I am happy to do it.

The atmosphere and the service. One suggestion, I would like to see which stylists are working that day posted early in the morning. I have to wait until 10:05 only to find out my stylist is off that day. It would be nice to know sooner so I can get on with my day if she is not on the schedule for that day. Other than that, it’s a great place.
