it was my first time in Sports Clips. I was quickly made to feel comfortable. i did not have an appt but the wait time was only 15-20 minutes. 5 minutes before i was taken to the chair, i received a note saying "Batter Up" you are next.

Your tipping culture has gone overboard. I was shown options that were way over the standard 20% tip for a $47 bill. It was in the amounts of $20/$30/$40. That's crazy!!
I understand it's the machine, and I can select whatever works for me, and I did. But 20% is the gold standard and you shouldn't guilt people into tipping more than they should. This has to stop!
