I like how friendly and enthusiastic the staff are. The app makes its very convenient to book classes. I like the milon and the way you have regular assessments. The classes are really fun and I like that theres always different instructors each time so its different. I like the fact that the gym is never too busy (at least when I go).

The gym is never overcrowded and there isn't a long waiting time to use the equipment. The equipment was recently updated which is good. The changing facilities are always kept in good clean condition also. The only negative I would have is that the opening hours aren't as good as competition (ie Flyefit), especially on Sundays.

very friendly staff, helpful + knowledgeable. great gear in gym- plenty of benches... great weight machines that are user friendly. gym is clean. there's a central them of health incorporated into the atmosphere. One thing: the music is shocking spend a little time creating an upbeat workout playlist etc

The staff are professional, approachable and very nice. The peronell at the reception are always friendly and the trainers are all brilliant. It is the most important really. I always feel comfortable and well looked after in your gyms. The facilities and cleanness of the place is also great. Keep up the good work. I am recommending Icon gyms to everyone.

Times, quality of equipment, approachable staff

I love the fitness classes, however the times of classes before 6.30pm eliminate any people living local but don't work near the area. I can only make one class at 6.30 (as most evening classes start earlier) but have to wait around for the 7.30ish classes on other evenings. So frustrating!

I dont use any products but only use the gym but I can say it has everything you need for your workout and staff are v good and always available to help you progress. Great new equidment and gym is always spotless which I like.
