Very friendly and professional staff!

A great friendly place - I would say there is a different atmosphere on receptions some mornings.

Very happy with my visit today. Everyone was super friendly. The gym and machines were all spotless and there were plenty of hand sanitizers around and sprays to clean the machines.

I really enjoyed the flowyoga / yogalate with Erika Friday morning the 18th. She mentioned that she was only trying this type of yoga for that one time, but I do strongly suggest if we can include her type of yoga class into a weekly basis, if possible after work or weekend that would be great.

Spinning classes on Friday please! Absolutely love the staff and instructors! Everyone is fantastic and friendly. The facilities are great and so is the gym equipment!

Regular cleaning and good ventilation to keep gym space safe

Hopefully a question relevant to the past only!

Initially after the lockdown, I was cautious about returning to the gym. I am happy with the all the COVID precautions the gym has implemented. Especially the app booking system.
I think when the gym gets busy again, it would be reassuring to see a cleaner around the gym floor to disinfect equipment regularly.
I haven’t noticed anything that looks like it needs to be cleaned, so I assume it is being done regularly. Maybe the visible re-assurance it’s been done would be an extra layer of peace of mind.
Maybe even a visible sign or notice board to show when last a ‘disinfecting’ of the weights area or the Milon or treadmills equipment was done.. much like the cleaning schedule on the wall in public toilets.

Other than my need for reassurance of a covid free space… it’s all good! Great job! Super happy to be back using the gym.

members to get involved.

I think there are people who attended a lot of classes who haven’t come back.

Lovely gym. All the staff are warm and friendly. Started personal training with Mick and i am loving it.

As someone with health vulnerabilities I found my return session very reassuring and helpful.

I think it would be good to have clearer advice/instructions on the website or app about use of lockers/changing rooms etc
