Great gym with all the facilities you need. The classes are brilliant and the new renovations makes the place looks great. Always greeted with a lovely smile from reception when I arrive which makes all the difference. I would highly recommend to anyone!

the yoga classes but I miss Simona. she was excellent with us the senior members and she will be sorely missed on Monday mornings when her personality as well as her instruction made such a difference. she was brillant at explaining the poses to us and demonstrating them. any possibility of her returning?

Lots of classes to choose from. Good opening times (linger opening at weekends would be good!)

There is a good variety of classes for older people.
