Excellent gym very good. One suggestion....be great for safety if in the Conditioning Room if you got safety bars for this four barbell racks. They’d catch a barbell if aomeone failed a rep or fell and save a nasty accident.

Always introducing new equipment, classes etc. Place is spotless and staff very knowledgeable and friendly. It feels more like a club as opposed to a regular gym. Would highly recommend to friends or family.
Cleanliness, friendliness, helpfulness, interactive staff and always greeted with politeness and encouragement. There is a good atmosphere between the staff and members and a feeling that any question you may have will be treated with respect and assistance. It's like walking into a friend's house!!
