Whenever I have had a problem they were available and took care of it. And oil delivery is timely.
I do want to say that I think customers should have been made aware that Superior bought or merged with Brennan Oil. When I had delivery this week the truck was a Brennan truck and I thought the driver had the wrong house. I went out to tell him but he said he was with Superior and he had a Superior shirt on.
Friendly service and fair prices
We live in MA but have a vacation home in RI, which means that we cannot always know whether the tank needs oil supplied for the RI property. Superior Plus keeps track of the weather and thus the oil level and makes automatic deliveries and sends its invoice by email or text to our MA home address. This makes life easy and makes us more comfortable knowing that Superior Plus is watching the situation.
Propane Prepayment plan is very reasonable. My usage is not consistent and cannot be accurately estimated by degree days. I can monitor my usage and delivery is prompt based on the monitor device on the tank.
