I have always had instant response to calls and particularly to 'out of gas' (hasn't happened since the new technology which allows monitoring was attached to the tank) and to service needs. It is very reassuring to know that back up is always there.
Also the techs are pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Office staff also easy to reach and very helpful. Propane itself may be a little cheaper other vendors, I've checked, but this service is Superior and worth it for the peace of mind.

I had 2 gentlemen come out to my house to remove a propane tank and replace it with three new ones. They inspected the ground and informed me they would finish leveling it after the placement of the tanks. They were very pleasant and worked diligently to get the job done. My hope is that they are being rewarded with a decent pay for their work.

Superior has been an improvement from Osterman. We are on a consistent schedule and less likely to have to request fill up service because our tanks are low. Billing schedule is more clear. Osterman would take out way too much money for the payment plan and we would end up with over $1000 in excess at the end of the year.

Ran myself out of propane and Superior was able to arrange a delivery same day and also have a Safety Inspector come to make sure there were no leaks and my family safe.
