We have always gotten straight answers and good advice from the delivery drivers, the installation technicians and the courteous office staff. The propane pricing is competitive also. My only disappointment is that you do not offer service on equipment. I spent 40 years in the HVAC business and would rate Superior Plus among the best.

Always a pleasure to speak with your representatives. The White Haven staff are great to work with. I never have to call for a delivery. I would like to have a ticket left but I understand it saves time and paper so I will just have to get use to it. Not use to the new way of doing things.

Professional and acomidating
I have been working with Kelley in customer service and she has been a GEM about getting my propane tank from my previous supplier disconnected and two new tanks installed. Very easy to deal with, customer service is very capable and easy to work with.
Response time has improved quite a bit. Also, monitoring system from your home office regarding automatic deliveries was excellent during a rough winter. Need someone to follow up regarding adding another tank. This was initially discussed in November of 2021. Promised a follow up installation to take place march/April 2022.
Easy to contact when we needed a tank refill. However, a 24-hour notice would have been beneficial so that we could have had our truck moved out of the way in time for the delivery. As it was we were given only a 5-minute lead time and had to wake up my brother (who works nights) to move his truck.

I can use my stove for cooking if there is a power outage and my fireplace insert to ward off the cold and then the little heater downstairs keeps the chill down. that is what I like about the propane. Your employees are always nice when talking to them, the folks in the office and the delivery man,(usually its Bob). I am very pleased with Superior, the name fits.
