Very Dependable
I have been dealing with Montour oil since 1975 or 76, and then Superior Oil took over . We have always been happy with the service. We have always been on automatic delivery and never ran out of oil. The associates you have at the Montoursville Pa office are and always have been very nice when I go in to make my payment.
We appreciate the prompt customer service and the option to be a on budget billing.

They always deliver on time, and good pricing, CSRs in Montoursville are really nice to deal with.
We have always dealt with Superior since it was Montour Oil. They are great to deal with, however, we are not happy that they don't do the service work anymore. The company they recommended to us was not satisfactory so now we are on the search for a new company to do our cleanings and repairs.
The price could be better but the service makes up for it. Delivery is always on time/CSR's are great when you call in.
I don't have to worry about running out of gas. The deliveries are always scheduled and I really appreciate that service. Anytime I have called the people I talked to were very polite and helpful.

Superior Oil/Propane, (Tim), has always understood my problem, complaint and/or question with both my oil and propane accounts.
