I use propane for my BBQ grill and fire place. I have an electric heat pump so propane is not my main heating source. Because of this I am not a high usage customer. Superior started changing me a tank retail fee. I was upset about that and posted on Superior’s feed back page my view of the fee. To my surprise, Tim from the Montoursville office called me and we talked at death about the pricing and fees of Superior. I understand Superior is a business and has to make a profit to stay in business. Tim and I came to an agreement that I would increase my usage (use the fire place more now) and he would wave the tank rental fee.
Win / Win for my wife’s comfort and Superior.
