I have been to many yoga studios, but this was probably one of the better classes I have ever attended. I liked the focus on your core - without core strength, you will never get better at yoga! The studio itself is clean, spacious, and very modern. Loved it. The teacher, Emily, was great too! She was very hands on - she walked around almost the whole class adjusting poses, which I really appreciated. She also took the time to demonstrate and really walk through each pose and variation, which was so helpful. And, she was hilarious. Loved her :)

The corepower yoga community and staff seems like a close knit family. They were also extremely welcoming from the beginning to end of my first session there.

I really enjoy the positive environment provided by the staff at the Fairfax studio. In the time I have been there I have been able to expand my practice more than at my previous studio. I love the encouragement and judge-free atmosphere. The teachers actually take the time to breakdown hard positions to make them more accessible.

Everyone was very friendly. Diana was a great instructor, especially for newbies!

The staff were very friendly and helped me feel welcome in all the classes I tried. Since all the classes really are heated, I had to get used to that at first. For someone new to heat, they should recommend towels and water. I've never needed either for regular yoga or vinyasa. The changing, shower, and locker area was extremely nice. I also like the way the instructor greets you coming in.
