The staff were very friendly and helped me feel welcome in all the classes I tried. Since all the classes really are heated, I had to get used to that at first. For someone new to heat, they should recommend towels and water. I've never needed either for regular yoga or vinyasa. The changing, shower, and locker area was extremely nice. I also like the way the instructor greets you coming in.

Jobie is an amazing instructor. I always leave class feeling refreshed and renewed. I've taken classes with other instructors but end up back with Jobie. Also love having lotion, body wash, and deodorant available for the days when I forget mine.
Classes start and end pretty close to schedule. Instructors are professional and generous. Locker rooms and space in general is clean and orderly. Community is encouraged. I love it:)

The instructors are a lot more energetic and personable than other yoga places I've been to. Sculpt class is great and I like the music for the extra boost.
