Very friendly staff (that I have met). The class was comfortable for me as a beginner, but will still challenge me for quite some time until I need to go to the next level. I like the availability of class's at different times. Haven't checked out the showers yet, but don't think I'll be using them... Everything was very clean. Excellent workout. I was happy.

I love the studio, it is so clean and nicely decorated. I have only taken two classes so far but both of them were great. The room temperature is always perfectly hot in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this studio to a friend.

Everything! Love the teachers I've had, love the community...... I come from the Huntington Beach Ca CP studio, and have been absolutely lost down here in Roanoke Va....... Since this Fairfax studio opened, the one in Fairfax corners, I have found exactly what I had in Ca.... the instructions, culture, the community.... I drive 3 hrs up to the studio almost every weekend . Please open a studio down here in Roanoke, PLEEEAAAZZZEEE! LOL :)

I love CPY. They offer several classes that I enjoy. Yoga has changed my life. Their instructors are FANTASTIC.

The studio is clean and tidy. The teachers are very friendly and helpful and really know their stuff. They take the time to explain the postures, help you with hands on guidance if you need it but also respect your space and your practice. I LOVE it there!!
