Yoga classes and the schedules is perfect
The staff are friendly and a warming presence. The classes are challenging and fun, always feel like I get a good workout in. The facility is always clean. Overall, my experience has been excellent!

All the teachers are very friendly and helpful. If your new they make you feel welcome and they give you a little extra help to get through the first class.
I really like the Body Sculpt class as it's such a great all body work out. I've suggested MANY times that there be wipes for the weights as many times people are putting their feet on them as well as the weights being wet with sweat when done. This is very unsanitary and people are susceptible to getting sick. Thanks!

Great instructors, clean environment, good class sizes
CorePower 1.5 taught by Diana at Fairfax Corner is my favorite class -- I wish Core Power offered more 1.5 classes. The reason I like the 1.5 is that it combines variety plus attention to various poses and is not extremely hot. Plus Diana is great -- very positive, creates a sense of community, always sets an intention, and pays attention to each student and provides guidance on each individual's poses.
Sometimes I feel like the 2.0 classes go through the poses too fast and focus too much on moving fast without any emphasis on doing the poses and movements well or safely.

I absolutely love everything about CorePower Fairfax. There are some items, I would love to see added. CoreRestore for sure. Afternoon classes on the weekends and 1.5 on the weekends.
