I used to take Yoga classes in NYC but the Yoga classes I found in Virginia were always so sleepy. I love the energy of CoreYoga classes. The teachers have been very nice and helpful. The environment is pleasant and clean. Overall very nice experience.

I exclusively attend C2 classes and love the calm, nurturing environment and balanced flow. Mamata is my favorite teacher. She is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I've learned so much from her and enjoy the vibe she brings to class. Her class always leaves me feeling refreshed and reinvigorated- mind and body.

I love the open and welcoming atmosphere! I like not being pressured about which class to take and signing up for a membership. The teachers are very inviting and involved during class which makes me feel more comfortable in my practice and allowed me to challenge myself. I definitely will be coming back!

Mamata Ka is a great instructor.

This studio has all the right people, all of whom have amazing attitudes and perspectives. The studio's strong leadership and the teachers' diverse expertise make for a one of a kind experience, each and evertime I've attended a class. While part of the current teacher training session, I obviously have a strong passion for this community but to put it in perceptive, I've felt this studio had all the right and amazing people since day one of only December '16. It took only one free week to discover and appreciate such a wonderful and passionate community.

Yoga sculpt is the best!

I like the "warm" classes - easy on the muscles. I appreciate the consistent approach to instruction - the instructors are well prepared and well trained.
