We liked the personal contact and explanation of the inspection as it was being done.
And we liked the fact that it was listed as to what we could expect to approximatly pay for repairs.
He had alot of expert advice backed with experience.
We liked the fact his response was quick to accomodate the time crunch we were under.
and most of all he was willing to go into the attic and the scary crawlspace with the spiders....haha
