Comprehensive services, haircut, shampoo, etc.
I did have some issues with the online timing. Started with 90 min wait, then 60, then 4 min. I rushed to the store and found out I had a 60 min wait which changed to 30 within a minute or two.
Other than that minor inconvenience Kaytlin was her usual happy, personable, pleasant self. I hadn't gotten a cut from her for many months but she still remembered my name.
She's a real gem.

Greeted with a friendly playful employee when I walked it. The stylist I had was funny. When I thought she was talking to me. She wasn't. I didn't see the earbud in her ear, and she had phone call going on in her ear. Hahaha! I thought that was an interesting multitasking person.
