I worked with a very attentive stylist who asked clarifying questions after allowing me to fully explain what I wanted. She was incredibly kind and gentle with my head and ears during the haircut, as I have many piercings and she did not want to hurt me. Highly recommend any stylist from this location and I always return!

The staff at my salon in Akers Mill are always welcoming and friendly. My stylist treats me like the most important customer for the next 30 minutes or so. I wish that I was able to reserve or schedule an actual appointment time. The process now to ‘Join the Lineup’ can be hit and miss resulting in wait times in excess of 100 minutes.
