Friendly and helpful staff, clean location, and make sure you are satisfied with service. I appreciate the time taken to ensure what you’re wanting, would like more suggestions for options on services available for my haircut, but also don’t need to be bombarded with each service offered. Keep it simple but go above and beyond to make it feel like you want the return business. I will come back and understand that everyone can have an off day and it happens. Once is forgivable, but twice is a trend. My stylist was very friendly and did very well, just wanted more of what is available for the haircut I’m paying for; or more what is included with the service.

I like the easy, walk-in check-in and the atmosphere, the senior discount off an already fair price, and the friendliness of the staff. I don't need to make an appointment, and I get a nice haircut.

The ladies are always welcoming with a smile and asking how your day has been or has started. The cuts are always on par with the other and they normally reference the previous cut by asking if last cut is what you will be wanting this time or if you are wanting to switch it up.
