I was able to walk-in and had no wait, I received a very good MVP and was out in a timely fashion. The service level at the Acworth store is much better than the Cumberland location. I do not like trying to check in on line because my schedule is hectic, I have to work it in as best I can. I absolutely despise walking into a Sportsclip with 5 people on the board ahead of me but no one is there! Sometimes, they will do the right thing and take me ahead of the no shows but it's really aggravating.

The ability to be added to the lineup is very convenient. It has always worked. Anku is very professional and efficient...plus nice conversations. Still cannot figure out how the staff can stand ESPN all day long. It's fine for customers (15-30 minutes), but all day. Yikes!

Been going to sportclips for a little while now and unlike with some other places no matter the location sport clips has consistently provided good haircuts. However Javonta was top tier and provided one of the best cuts I've had in quite some time. Would definitely recommend him for anyone who wants a friendly and efficient experience. I told him I was on a break from work and didn't have much time and he still provided one of the better cuts I've had while also making sure it was quick.
