I took my 86 year-old mother in because she missed her weekly “hairdo“ appointment at her weekly “beauty shop” and Shannon treated her as if she were her own mother! They chitchatted through the service and mom left there feeling so pretty! I totally realize that this is traditionally a barbershop as my husband comes to this location, but I was in a panic when mom was feeling so down because her hair was so dirty, and she was concerned she could not make it look nice herself! I appreciate Shannon not only helping us but making us feel welcome and making mom feel so good about herself!

- why can't you see on app if your favorite is at least working that day when you open all? even though they amay not be avaiilable next, would be nice to know they ARE working that day to check back later.
