Another excellent haircut, this time from Shannon, the new manager. I always look forward to the MVP and hot towel treatment.
It was my first time to Sports Clips after trying a few other local options. I’ve got very coarse thick hair with unusual growth patterns, so it can be difficult to cut and style.
As background, I moved to the area 6 months ago and my hair stylist of just over 20 years retired recently so I decided that it was time for me to find someone new.
The space was clean and all of the staff I encountered on site were friendly. Valerie, the stylist I worked with, was professional, courteous, attentive and (most importantly) gave me a fantastic scissor cut. I’m typically skeptical of a “chain” salon/ HC business but was pleasantly surprised and appreciative of a great haircut and overall experience.
I’ll be back & am appreciative of Valerie’s aptitude and professionalism.
