It's nice to have the same stylist if you want. I like the ability to sign up on line and see how long the wait time is, either for walk in or a specific stylist.
I really love that this company has gotten so much more responsive and organized for their customers. My stylist, Anku, who has been trimming my hair for 6 or 7 years or so, maybe more, always gives me the perfect Trim and I feel so refreshed and happy to get a Haircut. I am always looking forward to seeing Anku and enjoy her friendly smile and energy.
