Fantastic! I must admit a bit out of my comfort zone. Sarah was amazing! 1st time ever for a shampoo/scalp massage while sitting in a vibrating chair. The warm towel was a We’llnice touch, as was the shoulder massage! All in all, a great experience. The haircut itself was top notch. Sarah asked questions and went right to work. The lady that cut my hair was very good. Very professional and took care of all my needs. I was in a hurry, it was my first time being there, she knew what I wanted and did is quickly so I could get out of there in a hurry. She also gave me a really good hair cut!
Unlike that other "Clips" chain, y'all are consistently good at cutting hair. You have focused in on your target market and know how to serve it well.

The lady who cut my hair was very friendly and eager to give me a haircut that I was pleased with. I was greeted promptly when I came in and did not have to wait more than the expected time. I left my satisfied with the look of my hair than I almost ever feel leaving a barber!
I like being able to use the online app to see where I'm at online do I know what to show up at the store. I also like being able to see if my stylist is in for that day that is a great help on how I'm going to set my day up.
