Ok first, this internal survey system is super cumbersome. If Amber wasn't so freaking good, I wouldn't bother with this. I have kind of a funny shaped heads and there's only been three people in the last 15 years who've been able to actually cut my hair correctly. Amber is not only one of those three, but the best of those three. Her craft, and attention to detail is truly a rare thing. That coupled with her exemplary customer service, is why I will sit with bad hair until she's available. She makes the barbershop feel like Cheers because she knows your name, she knows what you do for a living, and I'm pretty sure she remembers my wife's name and what she does for a living too. I would kill to have someone with her level care and effort on my team. Thank you Amber for consistently doing such a great job when most people nowadays just don't care about what they do anymore.
