Sue was very friendly. They catered to our needs. They needed to meet our realtor at the house at a specific time as she had another appointment to get to, and could not be late. The cleaners were punctual.
The last time I had my carpets cleaned, I used a different service and I was not completely satisfied. My brother, who sells carpet, told me, "only use Service Master" and I am very satisfied, how good my carpets looked. The gentleman was very friendly and knew how to do his job. We used Service Master at my Mom's home, after she passed away. When the people brought in the hospital bed, they didn't put anything on their shoes and I thought the carpet would never come clean. There were stains in the living room also. After it was cleaned, I actually cried, when I saw how clean the carpet was, it looked like new carpeting. Job Well Done!!!!
