The carpet looked great, however it takes at least 2 days to dry. I am noticing a few stains that hadn't come out, uncertain if it was due to the type of stain or if it had not been pretreated prior to the cleaning? Josh (carpet cleaning tech) did a super job with moving a few things around and leaving us notes - we appreciate him! Don Kubnick is absolutely wonderful to work with. I hope to work with you again in the future for a cleaning!

THE DAY I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO CLEAN MY CARPETS WAS THE DAY MY PUPPY WAS ENTERED INTO HEAVEN. AND THE PAIN OF LOSING HER WAS EVEN MORE PAINFUL SEEING THE STAINS OF HER LEAVING HER FAMILY. THE LADY I SPOKE TO ACTED QUICKLY AND WITHIN ONE HOUR AL VINCENT WAS AT MY DOOR WITH EMPAHY IN HIS HEART TO HELP ME OUT. I AM GRATEFUL THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD THAT STILL HAVE A HEART.

The carpets look great and they dried quickly
Tom, the man who came to do the work, listened to what I needed and why, recommended an alternative cleaning when he was sure he would not be able to adequately clean the sofa arm covers(because they are sewn in a manner that slips on and off the sofa arms), and had me 'ok' each room and the sofa before moving on to the next. The carpets and sofa are better than I'd hoped, and he really did a great job. Confine, who answered the phone and scheduled the cleaning, was warm and friendly, but also professional, as was Tom. Thank you, Service Master!

Everything was done very professionally and it not only looked good it smelt fresh and clean.
The woman who cleaned not only did an excellent, thorough job. She gave every indication that she really loved doing it. She got down on hands and knees to thoroughly scrub my area rugs and she said she really liked to see the colors "pop" as the years of dust were scrubbed away. She said she really looked forward to cleaning my ancient wool carpet for that reason.
