Very friendly to me and to my two dogs from the meet and greet to their last day of their 5 day boarding.

I love that the staff is great with the dogs. I mainly enjoy being able to check in and watch our dog on webcams, but in could not last time do to issues with log in on app or online.

They are the BEST I have yet to board my little boy anywhere for a long period of time but when it cane to only 1 night I felt SO comfortable leaving him with Dogtopia Anaheim Hills! Sherry and her family are wonderful and operate such a nice facility, ran like a well oiled machine for sure!

I love the fact that EVERYONE is so very nice and enthusiastic when I drop off my Chloe. They take time to get to know both pups and parents alike. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They take such good care of my Chloe. They make me feel like it’s not just a job for them but that they actually love what they do!

It was very easy drop off and pick up (during Covid) since I didn’t even have to get out of the car, and I enjoyed watching my dog playing on the webcam.

We are always so happy with the love and attention the staff at Dogtopia give to our Abby. They truly care about her and helping her to have a good time while we are away.

Curbside drop off and pick up was nice. I also liked being able to check in on my dog to see how he was doing.... having the cameras in the playroom was fun.

We scheduled to have our two big dogs boarded around the week that my son was expected to be born. Unfortunately, my wife's water broke early! We called to see if we could come in early and they let us bring the dogs in that day right before closing. It was a huge relief to my wife and I that we did not need to worry about our two fur babies and focus on delivering our first human baby into the world. Plus, we were able to check on them the entire time that we were in the hospital. The dogs always come back smelling clean and they even give us an update on each dogs behavior during their stay. We have recommended Dogtopia to all of our friends and neighbors and love seeing how excited our dogs get when they know they are being dropped off there.

A business is only as warm as it’s people. I love how the whole family is involved here, their dogs come to work with them, all workers there remember my old girl even though she stays sparodically. Everyone is a genuine dog lover and respects all the personalities.

I’ve used Dogtopia in Sacramento and loved it. I moved down to Southern California and absolutely love the facility especially because they have pools. I love the owners and they know every pet and dog owner by name. I love Dogtopia.

We love dogtopia because they truly love and care for dogs! Everyone is so genuine and reassuring. Dogtopia is more than a doggy daycare we love, It’s a home away from home for our crazy guy and it’s somewhere we actually feel comfortable leaving him. We also love how clean the facility is and how much exploring and socializing our pup gets! It’s the only place we trust for daycare and boarding.

Dogtopia's customer service is outstanding. They are friendly and helpful and made our two dogs' registration process simple! Also, having the luxury and convenience of both a daycare and boarding facility takes the stress off of "what do we do with the dogs?".
