First and foremost I can tell my fur baby is well taken care of when he is there. He knows when we turn in the block before we get there his tail starts wagging and he becomes very excited! And nearly flies out of the car when they come to get him! He smells good when he gets in the car after a fun day of playing. I occasionally watch the video cams and he is always running around playing with the others or resting iinside on the cool cement.
Everyone treats you with care patience and understanding of your dog and needs. They recognize that they have been trusted to care for your dog.. Super friendly . Great facility!

Would probably have been a ten, but due to the virus was not allowed inside the building. The virtual tour was informative. The owners who met me were courteous and professional. A half hour meet and greet turned into an hour which makes feel that they were through in their evaluation of my two girls. I will definitely have my girls board, day care and when we need an insanity day rest.
Great hours, friendly staff, clean facilities. You guys take great care of my dog and I love watching her play around on the cameras. Everyone is very professional. My dog's favorite phrase is "do you want to go to Daycare?" Thanks for all you guys do and thank you for loving my dog as much as I do

My dog loved being there! My absolute favorite is the water feature as I have a total water dog! And I get to watch her through the webcams! The staff was very nice and gave lots of great feedback!

Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dogs have a large space to romp and have fun indoors, outdoors and in the pool. Online services such as webcam, account status and notices are superb.

I love that the staff is great with the dogs. I mainly enjoy being able to check in and watch our dog on webcams, but in could not last time do to issues with log in on app or online.
They are the BEST I have yet to board my little boy anywhere for a long period of time but when it cane to only 1 night I felt SO comfortable leaving him with Dogtopia Anaheim Hills! Sherry and her family are wonderful and operate such a nice facility, ran like a well oiled machine for sure!

I love the fact that EVERYONE is so very nice and enthusiastic when I drop off my Chloe. They take time to get to know both pups and parents alike. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They take such good care of my Chloe. They make me feel like it’s not just a job for them but that they actually love what they do!
We feel that our dog is well taken care of at Dogtopia and she comes home exhausted after a day of fun with her friends. Pick-up and drop-off, even during Covid, is very efficient.
