Staff is attentive and loving to our fur babies
The staff is always very friendly and when I check the cameras they are always petting the dogs or cleaning. We have been going here for four years now and our dog always gets so excited when she hears it’s time to go to see her friends at Dogtopia!
The question should be what does my dog Abby like about the service. Abby loves the staff. Abby had a major Anxiety issue and would cower in a corner in fear. With the help of the staff Abby made friends and began to trust and has made a huge improvement in trust in less than 3 months. Abby has a way to go but I am trusting the staff will continue to work with her.

The ease of accessing your day care. The drop off and pickup procedures are efficient. Can't rate you on long term boarding as we haven't used that service as of yet, but will likely do so in the future.
I like the staff, the fact that someone is always there to watch over the dogs. Price is good and my dog is happy there.

The people
The staff is so friendly and enthusiastic. They make our dogs feel welcome and cared about. We also loved seeing the little wading pools in the outdoor areas. We used another day care service for years but we think the fun equipment and activities you offer are a lot more stimulating for our fur kids.

The staff are friendly. The facility is super clean. I appreciate having the dog cam to check up on my pooch. I like that the facility is large and the dogs are able to go inside and outside. I like the water feature as well. I really like the drive up and drop off service now. I know it was started for the pandemic but I think it works better than going inside and dropping of my dog.
I love that Dogtopia separates dogs into rooms based on size and temperament. I feel very comfortable leaving my Pomeranian and Chihuahua mix there weekly. They both have a great time and come home tired and happy. The staff is always friendly and we can check the cameras all day (except nap time) to see how our dogs are doing.
The staff is very friendly and are real good with the dogs. My little dog Navi gets so excited to just pull in the parking lot. I know he is well taken care of
