I received a call from your company close to my appointment time saying that your truck had broken down and could my appointment please be rescheduled until Mon. I told the rep that I had company coming for the weekend and we had taken in a stray dog about a month ago and that this dog had done a lot of marking in the house when we weren't looking and that since I had company coming, I really wanted the carpets cleaned. The young man who did our cleaning was very helpful in telling me exactly what he would be doing, what our results might be (for pet stains) and assuring me that our carpets were now sanitized and how we care for further problems. He moved all of the heavy furniture that I could not and was very quick in his service. I was quite impressed! The price was quite reasonable and I will definitely use you again.
