Thorough job!
Service Master has alway been friendly and efficient when cleaning the carpets through out the house. However, there was a long rectangular stain (about a foot long) on the main floor carpet (looked like it came from the cleaner itself) that I had to spray with carpet cleaner to remove. I thought it was a shadow or even excess water from the cleaner, but it wasn't. Other than that, I was pleased with the service.

The representative was an hour early, very professional, and never tried to sell me extra services that I did not request except for Scotch Guard, because that was used on a previous carpet and on some of my furniture and I wanted that after this cleaning.
