My only feedback is the weight setup. I feel like there shouldn't be a black/advanced set up. Have 2 white /beginner setups for now. Noone is ever in the advanced line and if there is, it's only 1 person. That person should pick their own weights instead of the beginners in white/teal shifting to harder levels and 5 ppl scrambling to get lighter weights. I've noticed this slows down class and it's confusing. There's been a few times where I've missed full rounds because I'm scrambling to get lighter weights.
I LOVE MADabolic! It's such a unique training experience. The staff and other clients are very supportive, friendly outgoing and truly make me feel right at home. There is a great atmosphere of positivity and encouragement. The trainers are knowledgeable and constantly checking your form to make sure you get the most out of each movement without hurting yourself. I've been attending classes for about two months now and have yet to do the same workout twice. The workouts are challenging and so much fun! I'm already noticing gains in how I look and feel. At 47 years old, after only a couple of months I feel better than I have in years!

The classes are well structured -- I am glad I get a full body work out each class. It's nice that the movements and timings change class-to-class. Keeps it interesting!
I just wish the gym had some open hours with the work out posted on the board. It's unfortunate when classes are booked, or you can't make them, but still want to come work out. The monthly rate is pretty expensive -- when your life/work schedule aligns and you can come 4x a week it is totally worth it. But when work hours, trips, or appts get in the way, then it's a steep price to pay without getting access to the classes. Especially when you are available to come but the class is booked.

Katie was a great instructor for my first class (very patient). I thought the class, which was full, had the ideal number of people for the size of the space. I like that it starts exactly on time.

Since it’s a new gym, I’d recommend bringing a row erg, bike, or kettlebells out to the beach (e.g., Siesta, Anna Maria, St. Armand's Circle) to do some grass roots recruiting.
Most badass place there is. No where else is like MAD. Amazing training, movements, friendships, family and more. Getting stronger everyday!

The trainers I’ve met, so far, are all nice and inviting. Gabe is very helpful, Josh is super knowledgeable, and Hannah plays great music! Other members are encouraging and everyone is happy to get active and be better than they were the day before! Great place to call ‘home.’
