I really appreciated the tour of the gym and guidance I received before and during the workout, which was geared towards all levels. I noticed that everything was clean and the equipment was in good shape, and a few of the other participants were welcoming and friendly, too. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. And I alost enjoyed the lovely lunch, open house, and opportunity to meet several other people who are involved with Madabolic yesterday after the workout! Thank you so very much!!
I like the format, with stations and I like how it was very very difficult, but was also flexible to your needs based on how much weight you wanted.
