Intense but able to set your level
I was highly impressed with my first time visiting the MAD Nashville location! The coaches, Matt and Will, were awesome! The music was on point! Matt really took time to make sure my dad had correct form and was supported with modifications when necessary. The community was also super welcoming! I will definitely be back when in town!

I love the structured schedule and workouts. You always have an idea of what you’re getting into and will focus on in class. Every single instructor is super awesome and friendly (especially Leilanni!). And the people you get to workout with are pretty great too. I highly recommend!

Personal training, making sure I have proper form. Also, the wide variety of exercises keeps things fresh and interesting. Plus everyone is very welcoming
I like the circuit style of the workout. It is hard, but I feel good when I’m done. I like that even though we are in a group, we are able to modify to our ability.
