Heather Harper was great in processing our mortgage application and walking us through the mortgage approval process. Although there were limitations to meeting in person due to COVID restrictions, there was never a point during the process that I felt like the service received was lacking. The online process for applying for the loan, submitting supporting documents, signing and reviewing loan documents, etc. was smooth and clear. Heather was knowledgeable and receptive to answers our questions throughout the process. I will definitely be willing to refer her to others.

I really enjoyed working with Cathy Dodak and her team. She was always very pleasant and professional. This was technically my first time purchasing a home. I guess I didn't realize how much information was needed to get a mortgage approval. I also didn't shop around at all to see if I could get a lower interest rate or better terms. That's totally my fault and I take responsibility for being a bit naïve.
