I thought the pricing was high for a small one bedroom apartment.
Customer was provided with a detailed estimate for project cleaning after a bed bug infestation and treatment. She accepted the proposal via email (her exact words being "I accept this estimate for cleaning"), and an appointment time was established to complete the work. The charge for this service (under $600.) was not contested until after the work was done.
There were a few areas that were missed. You can actually see the vacuum marks in one of the areas. I suspect it was probably due to the lighting in the room at the time of the cleaning.In some light it is really noticeable. It would be nice if those areas could be redone if at all possible. Carpet appears to be very clean. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
They do a fabulous job, and are very professional.
While cleaning a sofa in our home a technician wore shoes on off white carpet and left some dirt spots. While the technician came back the next day and spot cleaned the areas they are still visible. Shoe covers should be provided and used.
