Ernesto Santiago was very polite and helpful and our carpets were cleaned beautifully.
There is a large spot in the dining room that wasn't removed. Cleaning solution was spilled on a patch of grass adjacent to my driveway and now the grass is brown; possibly dead. Also the cleaner was working alone. This was the first time only one person worked on the carpet, possibly this is the reason for the oversight.
I like when they wear the booties...I have light colored carpeting and feel that wearing the booties protects my carpet and quite frankly, shows the Service Master is respectful.

Jorge was great: friendly, competent, kind, helpful and thorough. The carpets look beautiful. I showed him a few spots to focus on and they are gone. From beginning to end, he was very customer-focused.

The people were very nice
This time the carpet was too wet and that combined with the wet weather made marks that had been in the mat underneath show up. The surface soil was removed but old soils showed up. Last year after the cleaning all the stains were gone.
The technicians were determined to do what was needed to make the customer more than satisfied with the overall result. They were competent, thorough, and polite.
Jose was very professional. When the steps' cleaning wasn't up to expectation, Jose had the job re-done, no questions. Workers were on time.

There were still spots on my front hall carpet and at the top of the stairs the day after they were cleaned. To make certain it was stuff that could be taken off, I sprayed a spot with a little ammonia and water and rubbed it with a paper towel. A yellow brown stain came off on the paper towel. I had asked the man who did the cleaning to please apply spot stain remover before cleaning. While he was very pleasant and prompt, the cleaning job just didn't do the trick.
