The amount of classes available, the staff was very nice and approachable. I did not feel intimidated my first visit I felt welcomed. I also enjoy the diversity of classes I do not have to worry about getting bored.

Purely do yoga sculpt, but every class I have attended has been fun yet challenging in different ways. No class is ever same, and every class is such a great workout/stress relief.

Please bring back HPF Hot Power Fusion to 1:30! Or to 7:30am as it was or to 9 am. This class is the reason why I joined Corepower. More HPF on the schedule please. Also, really enjoyed the CoreRestore with Tanya and am asking for more CoreRestore classes. Much needed. And please keep the classes heated, that is another reason I am addicted to yoga at Corepower is getting my sweat on in my workouts. Thank you.

It isn't a workout that is personalized to a specific group of people. The workouts entail various goals and activities that benefit all yogis.

CorePower is a truly unique experience you cannot find anywhere else. On top of this, it's a great workout!

The teachers at your Pasadena location are generally excellent! I'm very picky about yoga teachers, and my schedule doesn't allow me to always go to class at the same times every week. It's great to be able to go, whenever I have time, and expect to have a great teacher. Thank you! (I hope they are paid well for their time. SoCal is an expensive place to live.) The location isn't so easy for me, but I would rather drive a bit further for a good class. The facilities are also very nice, but most yoga studios in Pasadena are clean and attractive. I've recommended Core Power in Pasadena to friends :)

the teacher was so good and the workout was so balanced with a little yoga, cardio and weight training. Not boring at all.

The front desk is always clean and tidy. There is a good range of products for sale. Yoga instructors are the best. Classroom is always cleaned after every class.

I love that you offer more than just yoga. Sculpt helps me gain strength and HPF and C2 provide me with the benefits of traditional yoga. You also offer ample class times so that I can squeeze a workout in around my ever changing schedule.
