The services and flexible classes that fits my busy schedule.
Definitely felt the sweat in this studio! My instructor was very nice and motivating and pushed me to my limit. My body was challenged with every exercise and move and was extremely satisfied with what I accomplished.
The instructors are friendly and helpful, and the classes are challenging and accessible. The location is well placed and the atmosphere is welcoming and conducive to yoga. The parking lot for the westgate retail stores is convenient as well.

I love the number of classes offered and the quality of the teachers.
Very nice teacher. Nice facility. Love having two hour parking so I can take my time in savasana and in the changing room before and after class. Sally was my teacher (I think) and she was very nice but her flow could've been more challenging since it was a C2 class.

Maizie is one of the best sculpt teachers I have had. I live in Orange County and go to sculpt often but Maizies class in Pasadena is my favorite.
