Great teachers wherever I go!!!!
Love CorePower! Super detailed and focused classes and instructors who focus on technique and the essence of yoga. Friendly staff and good heated rooms. The only downside is that the that they wont allow you to book through Class Pass more than 3 times a month. I took 3 classes over the period of 4 weeks and tried to book another one and they blocked me out....really a downer and I hope they take a minute to reconsider this policy which sucks.
Also, the carpet in the lobby can use a refresher....its pretty much run down.
Other than that...love it.

It was an outstanding, challenging full body workout that seamlessly combined strength-training, yoga, and cardio elements.
Everyone is welcoming and I loved the class
This was my first group yoga class, so I was a bit nervous. Sara did an amazing job of teaching. She gave clear directions and had a very soothing voice.

It's a great workout and the location is easy to get to with free parking! One thing I wish this location did would be themed classes/ free classes like the Tustin location so I can go with friends

This is one of the best, most consistent Yoga studios I have gone to over the years and have had a membership for almost 2 years now and will continue to come back. It's fun, every class brings a different vibe and has different work outs and music. All of the instructors are wonderful. Convenient parking structure right next door. Highly recommend.
