I took a sculpt class on Saturday morning and it was uncomfortably full. I had to use 8 lb weights the whole class because you were out of 3 lbs and 5 lbs. It was very frustrating.

I love Kate Shin and Chris as instructors. Their classes are always challenging w/o being overwhelming. It's great that they cover the whole entire mat during their sessions. It make the yoga practice seem very dynamic. Thanks!

The variety of classes and instructors is fantastic. In particular Caitlin and Chris are fantastic about giving technical cues even in the C2 and sculpt classes - it always helps to be reminded of proper form and keeping joints safe.

Cory always teaches great C2s - she creates unique flows that test your balance and strength. She's thoughtful about the focus areas for each class too...avoiding shoulders after the huge snowstorm and shoveling was much appreciated!
