I was new to yoga last February when I signed up. I mostly attend C1 classes and occasionally will do a C2. My favorite teacher is Nicole Fa, and she has helped me develop and discover my practice. I find the studio to be clean and organize and the people working the front desk to be very friendly. My only complaint is the lower studio which I refer to as the dungeon. The lack of natural light and proper ventilation was the reason I avoided classes taught there but now that they have moved the C1 from 4:30 to 4 I am forced to be in that studio. I was disappointed when they changed the C1 from 4:30 to 4 which leads me to believe that CPY focuses more of the classes while de-emphasizing C1 classes.
