I love the total body workout with Sculpt. The instructors are awesome and bring so much energy and motivation -- and the group feeds off of that energy. The workouts are well-rounded -- I definitely feel like I'm getting a total body workout!

Great experience for my first trial class 2/16/2020 morning! I've never done a yoga class before and was worried about how it'd go. My girlfriend's been doing these types of classes for a while, but since I hadn't I didn't really know what to expect. Once we entered the whole experience was great as the lady at the front desk was excited to help me get set up for my 1 week trial. Ava was the instructor for this course and she took the time to greet everyone as they came in. Once she realized I hadn't done this before she told me there was nothing to worry about and she'd help me throughout the session. She did just that! I noticed she helped others through out as well regardless of expereince level. What I also enjoyed was that she stuck around for 30 minutes after and urged people to stop by and share feedback. I appreciate this tactic as she can continue to learn how she can instruct her classes better with time. Since I haven't done this before I have nothing to compare it to, but my girlfriend enjoyed the class enough to want to sign up! Ava helped educate her on how to do so. I appreicate the service provided and CorePower Yoga in Clarendon and look forward to more opportunities to visit in the future.

Delphine Uriburu's class was fantastic. This was my first Core Power Yoga class. She went through all the moves very clearly and kept the energy high. She was encouraging throughout the entire class. I am going to sign up with her!

core power is the bomb. every class is fun, and a killer workout. music and instructors are always on point the ONLY thing that keeps me from going---is the class purchasing process. It is an actual nightmare.

Great location and classes

I have been attending yoga sculpt classes at the Clarendon, Arlington, VA studio since September of 2019 and absolutely love it!! This has been my first time taking yoga classes and the workouts are amazing, I’m seeing results and I’m feeling so much stronger emotionally.

I usually do not write any feedbacks but wanted to take a moment to share how amazing Delphine is. She brings so much life and energy to each class and motivates us every time to push harder and to give our best to our yoga practice. I have to say her classes are the most challenging ones I have taken and by far my favorite ones. I can tell she puts a lot of thought in the sequences and everything is on point with the music. Corepower is so lucky to have her a part of the team she is a great example of what Corepower is all about. She is outstanding at what she does. Moreover, she is a kind soul and treats everyone with respect. I truly feel Corepower yoga is my second home and I’m so grateful to be a part of such a positive and loving community.

Thank you, Delphine, for being an amazing individual and for believing in me!! You are an inspiration, a legend and you just rock!!! I can’t wait for the new sequence in 2020:)
